 A private principal is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support both home life and professional commitments. This role sits at the center of the Principal&rsquo;s day-to-day operations, managing calendars, preparing for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring seamless coordination across personal and work priorities.
 
 
 
 
 
 The position oversees multi-property household operations, vendor management, property transitions, expense tracking, and documentation. Responsibilities also include preparing homes for arrivals and guests, supporting events, and serving as a trusted liaison between the Principal and household staff to ensure clear communication and consistent standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Principal spends half the year on the West Coast, offering some remote flexibility during that time. When in residence, the role is primarily based at the family&rsquo;s Port Ewen home on a hybrid schedule.

 Primary Job Functions:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the Principal&rsquo;s calendar, meeting preparation, travel blocks, and follow-ups across personal and professional commitments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate day-to-day household operations across multiple properties, ensuring organization, readiness, and alignment with preferences
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee vendors, service providers, and household staff to ensure quality, discretion, and seamless execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare homes for arrivals, departures, guest stays, and seasonal transitions
 </li>
 <li>
 Track household expenses, procurement, inventory, and support financial documentation in partnership with accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain systems, checklists, protocols, and documentation to ensure repeatable, high-level execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide meeting briefs, summaries, and priority updates to keep the Principal organized and prepared
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution of events, holidays, and gatherings
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as liaison between the Principal and household team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead coordination efforts during property transitions and multi-location logistics
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally in a private household or supporting a high-net-worth individual/family.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-profile guests with poise and discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to maintain clear boundaries while being highly supportive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with technology, able to manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence electronically.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to be adaptable and flexible to changing schedules.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation
 
 : $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus, extraordinary benefits and perks.

 Part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant | HNW Family Office | Fully Remote!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 An Ultra High Net Worth Family Office is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join its lean team. This SFO has been established to manage generational wealth across a myriad of investments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a confidential environment that supports UHNW individuals. This is a small, collaborative group with a great culture, and you&rsquo;ll work hand in hand with the Controller.
 
 
 
 
 
 Working hours are flexible, as this does not have to be a traditional 9-5 role; however, the company is targeting roughly 25 p/week to start with potential for additional hours as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, organize, and process invoices and approved purchase requests with proper coding and documentation; prepare weekly payables summaries and track outstanding obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and support quarterly intercompany reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record transactions accurately in the general ledger and maintain account balances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized digital financial records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee financial and compliance records for vehicles and artwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships, monitor invoices and contracts, maintain payment histories, and support 1099 preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects, system improvements, and operational support as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in accounts payable and account reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in QuickBooks, Bill.com and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive team player who takes ownership and operates with a flexible, hands-on approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary:
 
 $40K - $45K annualized
