</b></p></div><p></p><div><p>Our client is an established, growing RIA managing $200+ mil AUM seeking a tech savvy, detail oriented <b>Director of Operations </b>. Your superior client centric skills combined with accuracy with data management, back office and compliance system talents will be critical. The ideal <b>Director of Operations </b>has strong organizational skills, is highly efficient and a proactive independent worker to support the wealth advisor. This position requires a fast-paced working environment and is a fulltime remote position.
</p></div><div><p><b>Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to assess operational procedures, identify suitable tools or programs, provide recommendations for development and implementation
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to demonstrate exceptional HNW client experience
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Identify, assess and provide effective problem solving servicing and operations solutions for accounts
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain daily office operations including onboarding, money movement, RMDs and back office operations
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure client documents and information are compliant
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide liaison role with custodian to ensure procedures are accurate
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Responsible for reporting needed with annual audits, regulatory filings, and additional ad-hoc projects
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Evaluate CRM platforms to recommend, implement and maintain client data, operational notes and documents in secure, cloud based system
</p></li></ul></div><div><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>5 years of experience in financial services
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Detailed knowledge of client servicing workflows, RIA operations processing and procedures
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to demonstrate specific examples of experience with UHNW clients and operations background
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong work ethic, problem solving and proactive approach, ability to demonstrate methods of efficiency and provide recommendations for workflow systems improvement to contribute in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Polished communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all clients and office personnel. This includes both written and verbal communication
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently; self starter is critical for this role
</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with the Schwab or Fidelity custodial platform is preferred
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel, word, powerpoint, google docs
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong technology skills in video chat, google docs, and CRM platforms preferred
</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>Required Education:
