AEDesign (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Control Systems Engineer who can design and develop embedded-system-based control projects. The role includes firmware development, hardware testing, and full system integration. The engineer must coordinate with all related departments, share feedback regularly, and work comfortably in fast-moving environments.Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop embedded control projects from concept to final testing.</li><li>Write and test firmware for microcontrollers (STM32, ARM, ESP, PIC, etc.).</li><li>Work with microcontrollers, industrial PCs, and other embedded hardware.</li><li>Design control logic for sensors, actuators, power modules, and communication units.</li><li>Create system flow diagrams, wiring layouts, and basic circuit designs.</li><li>Integrate hardware components such as sensors, ADC/DAC units, communication chips, relays, and power boards.</li><li>Debug and fix issues in firmware, hardware, or system behavior.</li><li>Test prototypes and verify system performance step-by-step.</li><li>Coordinate with hardware, software, production, QA, and purchasing departments.</li><li>Provide clear feedback, progress updates, and risk reports to keep the project on track.</li><li>Prepare documentation such as test reports, manuals, and firmware notes.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical/Electronics and Control Engineering or similar field.</li><li>Experience in embedded system development.</li><li>Experience with start-ups or incubator centers is preferred.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months in the relative field.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Abilities: <ul><li>Strong understanding of embedded systems and C/C++ programming.</li><li>Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics.</li><li>Experience with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP.</li><li>Ability to work with real-time control tasks and embedded hardware.</li><li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Able to read and design basic electronic schematics.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills for cross-department work.</li><li>Self-motivated and passionate about your work and embedded systems.</li><li>Always eager to learn and improve.</li><li>Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
