Accountant

Pay: 40,000.00 - Rs 50,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced accountant to manage our financial records and support our accounting processes. If you have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cashbook entries, including cash and payments
• Record daily transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank statements with company records
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents
• Review and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective resource usage
• Collaborate with external auditors, vendors, customers, and tax authorities as required

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
