Assistant Manager Sales – Logistics

Role Overview

PTN is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships across Punjab. The role focuses on securing new business while strengthening existing accounts through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition across key sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with PTN’s growth targets
• Understand client logistics needs (transport, warehousing, cross-border, etc.) and offer customized solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance metrics
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–7 years of sales experience (logistics/supply chain preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong network within Lahore/Punjab industrial and commercial sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
