Responsible for managing complete P2P procurement process for Tank Terminal Construction projectsIdentify, evaluate, and enlist suppliers and contractors,Draft, review and float tenders / RFQsEnsure timely receipt of offers and coordinate with Project Team for technical evaluation; Review and evaluate offers / bids, prepare commercial analysisCarry-out techno-commercial negotiationsDrafting of Contracts, Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders / Work OrdersPost order management / monitor and follow-up with suppliers / contractors for managing the deliverables in time as per required standards / specifications.&middot;Coordinate with various internal stakeholders like projects, operations, accounts, finance &amp; legal.
