Project Procurement Manager

Responsible for managing complete P2P procurement process for Tank Terminal Construction projects

Identify, evaluate, and enlist suppliers and contractors,

Draft, review and float tenders / RFQs

Ensure timely receipt of offers and coordinate with Project Team for technical evaluation; Review and evaluate offers / bids, prepare commercial analysis

Carry-out techno-commercial negotiations

Drafting of Contracts, Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders / Work Orders

Post order management / monitor and follow-up with suppliers / contractors for managing the deliverables in time as per required standards / specifications.

·Coordinate with various internal stakeholders like projects, operations, accounts, finance & legal. Develop and maintain productive relationships with senior management, vendors, other support groups and project team members.

Resolve technical and commercial issues with the supplier, if any

Vendor / Procurement Risk Management

Prepare and publish MIS Reports for Management Review

Specific Competencies

An Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical

Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills

·Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

Strong techno-commercial knowledge and experience in procurement of materials and contracts in Oil & Gas industry (especially Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Plates / Pipes of various grades, valves, fittings, rotary equipment, electrical and instrumentation equipment, civil construction and mechanical fabrication & erection contracts)

Strong leadership capabilities

Very good knowledge of Tendering and contractual terms and conditions

Managing deliverables – Quality, Quantity, Time and Price

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) & SAP-MM Module

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
