Pay: state range$14 to $20 per hour

As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will:

<li>Provide support as an active member of our rehabilitation team: physical, occupational speech therapy</li>

<li>Prepare therapy room for patient care</li>

About the Role
 
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an experiencedRegional Rehabilitation Director to oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and team leadership across a multi-site territory. This high-impact leadership role ensures quality patient care, operational excellence, and business growth across diverse healthcare settings.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Leadregional operations, ensuring clinical quality, service excellence, and financial performance</li>
<li>Managemulti-site therapy teams, including hiring, retention, performance management, and engagement</li>
<li>Develop and implementstaffing strategies and operational plans</li>
<li>Overseeclinical competency, program implementation, and therapy best practices</li>
<li>Ensureaccurate documentation, billing compliance, and audit readiness</li>
<li>Deliver or supervisepatient care services as needed</li>
<li>Drivebusiness development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives</li>
<li>Partner withHR, sales, and marketing teams to support workforce and revenue goals</li>
<li>Manage budgets ($9M–$15M) and ensure financial viability</li>
<li>Travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Degree inPhysical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant</li>
<li>Active statetherapy license</li>
<li>5 years of therapy management experience</li>
<li>Experience managingmulti-site healthcare operations</li>
<li>Strong background inclinical operations, compliance, and team leadership</li>
<li>Ability to obtainCredentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) within 6 months</li>
<li>Willingness to travel frequently</li>
</ul>
