About the Role

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an experiencedRegional Rehabilitation Director to oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and team leadership across a multi-site territory. This high-impact leadership role ensures quality patient care, operational excellence, and business growth across diverse healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadregional operations, ensuring clinical quality, service excellence, and financial performance
  • Managemulti-site therapy teams, including hiring, retention, performance management, and engagement
  • Develop and implementstaffing strategies and operational plans
  • Overseeclinical competency, program implementation, and therapy best practices
  • Ensureaccurate documentation, billing compliance, and audit readiness
  • Deliver or supervisepatient care services as needed
  • Drivebusiness development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Partner withHR, sales, and marketing teams to support workforce and revenue goals
  • Manage budgets ($9M–$15M) and ensure financial viability
  • Travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays
Required Qualifications

  • Degree inPhysical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Active statetherapy license
  • 5 years of therapy management experience
  • Experience managingmulti-site healthcare operations
  • Strong background inclinical operations, compliance, and team leadership
  • Ability to obtainCredentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) within 6 months
  • Willingness to travel frequently
