About the Role
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an experiencedRegional Rehabilitation Director to oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and team leadership across a multi-site territory. This high-impact leadership role ensures quality patient care, operational excellence, and business growth across diverse healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadregional operations, ensuring clinical quality, service excellence, and financial performance
- Managemulti-site therapy teams, including hiring, retention, performance management, and engagement
- Develop and implementstaffing strategies and operational plans
- Overseeclinical competency, program implementation, and therapy best practices
- Ensureaccurate documentation, billing compliance, and audit readiness
- Deliver or supervisepatient care services as needed
- Drivebusiness development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives
- Partner withHR, sales, and marketing teams to support workforce and revenue goals
- Manage budgets ($9M–$15M) and ensure financial viability
- Travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays
Required Qualifications
- Degree inPhysical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active statetherapy license
- 5 years of therapy management experience
- Experience managingmulti-site healthcare operations
- Strong background inclinical operations, compliance, and team leadership
- Ability to obtainCredentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) within 6 months
- Willingness to travel frequently
