<div><div>We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented <b>Marketing Operations Specialist</b> to join our team and help drive measurable results across multiple marketing channels. This role blends campaign execution with data analysis, requiring a strong grasp of digital platforms and the ability to turn insights into action.</div><br>

<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Implement and track marketing campaigns across PPC, email, social media and other channels.</li>
<li>Manage PPC efforts, including:
<ul><li>Keyword research and monitoring</li>
<li>Ad copy review and optimization</li>
<li>Budget tracking and performance reporting</li>
<li>Collaboration with our PPC agency for ongoing improvements</li>
</ul></li><li>Conduct competitor and market research (pricing, products, keywords).</li>
<li>Maintain and update campaign performance reports, including our Aero Scorecard.</li>
<li>Build and manage prospect lists for outbound campaigns using tools like ZoomInfo, Charm.io, etc.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy.</li>
<li>Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit landing pages and campaigns.</li>
<li>Technical monthly audit of Aero&rsquo;s website and working with vendors to resolve any issues/red flags.</li>
<li>Social Media Coordination including:
<ul><li>Working with the Marketing Director to coordinate monthly calendar</li>
<li>Coordinate posts and respond to posts</li>
</ul></li><li>Reputation Management</li>
<li>SEO Keyword management</li></ul><br>
<div></div><div><b>Job Requirements</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.</li>
<li>Hands on experience with PPC platforms, Google Analytics and campaign management tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li>
<li>Highly skilled in Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field</li></ul><br>
