Join us at Aeroflex Industries Limited as an HR Trainee and get exposed to a full-spectrum HR role &mdash; from recruitment to onboarding, documentation, compliance, and HR operations.Role Overview:As an HR Trainee, you'll support daily HR functions and work closely with the HR Executive. This is a great opportunity to learn by doing and build a strong foundation for your HR career.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Assist with job descriptions and sourcing candidates (Naukri, referrals, vendors, etc.)</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews</li><li>Maintain candidate trackers and feedback logs</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Pre-Employment<ul><li>Share document checklists with selected candidates</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment medicals and offer letters</li><li>Follow up for joining confirmation and acceptance</li></ul>3. Onboarding &amp; Induction<ul><li>Send welcome/induction emails</li><li>Coordinate IT access, ID cards, biometrics, etc.</li><li>Update records in SAP / Spine HR</li></ul>4. Post-Joining &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Handle post-joining queries</li><li>Maintain employee records and reports</li><li>Coordinate with Compliance team for PF/ESIC</li></ul>5. Apprenticeship &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist in managing apprentice documentation and schedules</li><li>Liaise with government officials and training bodies</li></ul>6. Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Communicate open positions to recruitment vendors</li><li>Follow up on resumes and schedule interviews</li><li>Coordinate offers and invoices</li></ul>Who Can Apply:<ul><li>Freshers / Recent Graduates in HR, Business, or Management fields</li><li>Good communication skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Eager to learn and ready to take initiative</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Learn:<ul><li>Real-world HR operations in a structured manufacturing environment</li><li>Exposure to HRMS tools (Spine HR / SAP)</li><li>Understanding of compliance (PF, ESIC, Apprenticeship)</li><li>Cross-functional teamwork across departments</li></ul>Interested?
