We’re Hiring: HR Trainee (Fresher Welcome!)
Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday | Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Role Overview:

As an HR Trainee, you'll support daily HR functions and work closely with the HR Executive. This is a great opportunity to learn by doing and build a strong foundation for your HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist with job descriptions and sourcing candidates (Naukri, referrals, vendors, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate trackers and feedback logs

2. Documentation & Pre-Employment

• Share document checklists with selected candidates
• Coordinate pre-employment medicals and offer letters
• Follow up for joining confirmation and acceptance

3. Onboarding & Induction

• Send welcome/induction emails
• Coordinate IT access, ID cards, biometrics, etc.
• Update records in SAP / Spine HR

4. Post-Joining & Data Management

• Handle post-joining queries
• Maintain employee records and reports
• Coordinate with Compliance team for PF/ESIC

5. Apprenticeship & Compliance Support

• Assist in managing apprentice documentation and schedules
• Liaise with government officials and training bodies

6. Vendor Coordination

• Communicate open positions to recruitment vendors
• Follow up on resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate offers and invoices

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers / Recent Graduates in HR, Business, or Management fields
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Eager to learn and ready to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

What You’ll Learn:

• Real-world HR operations in a structured manufacturing environment
• Exposure to HRMS tools (Spine HR / SAP)
• Understanding of compliance (PF, ESIC, Apprenticeship)
• Cross-functional teamwork across departments
