Job Summary:Responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repair of CNC machines and related automation systems. Ensure minimal downtime, high equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance &amp; Repair<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, EDM, etc.).</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in CNC systems.</li><li>Repair and replace components such as servo motors, drives, encoders, ball screws, spindles, hydraulic and pneumatic parts.</li><li>Conduct routine inspection and calibration of machines to maintain accuracy.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs and service reports accurately.</li></ul>2. Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Install new CNC machines, perform mechanical alignment, electrical wiring, and testing.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support and commissioning.</li></ul>3. Electrical &amp; Control Systems<ul><li>Handle PLC systems, servo drives, control panels, wiring, sensors, relays, and circuit troubleshooting.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical &amp; mechanical schematics.</li><li>Check and maintain earthing, safety interlocks, and power quality for CNC systems.</li></ul>4. Mechanical Systems<ul><li>Maintain spindles, bearings, ball screws, guideways, lubrication, coolant, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Oversee alignment, leveling, backlash adjustments, and part accuracy improvements.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain service records, spare part lists, and preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Follow ISO, 5S, and safety standards during all maintenance work.</li></ul>6. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Suggest and implement improvements to increase equipment uptime and performance.</li><li>Train operators and junior technicians on basic maintenance practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2&ndash;8 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance (Mechanical &amp; Electrical).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas CNC controls.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and CNC controls.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting drives, motors, encoders, and control circuits.</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (field role).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
