Purchase & Store Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Purchase Responsibilities:

• Source and procure CNC machine spare parts, tooling, and consumables.
• Float inquiries, evaluate vendor quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical components to avoid machine downtime.
• Develop and maintain approved vendor list specific to CNC and industrial products.
• Raise and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP or internal systems.
• Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments and documentation.

Store Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of CNC machine spares, lubricants, and tools.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Issue material to maintenance or production team as per request.
• Ensure proper labelling, binning, and storage of materials.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder points.
• Maintain inward and outward register, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety standards in the store area.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge of CNC machines and related parts
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Inventory control and documentation
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• MS Excel, Word, and Email communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
