This role will focus on creating engaging, on-brand content that showcases our services, providers, and patient results while helping drive bookings and overall brand awareness.This is an in-office role that requires hands-on content creation, collaboration with providers, and a strong understanding of social media trends.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Execution<ul><li>Film, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content (in-clinic and lifestyle)</li><li>Capture treatments, before/afters, educational content, testimonials, and team culture</li><li>Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content</li><li>Create branded graphics, flyers, and promotional materials</li></ul>Platform Management<ul><li>Manage and post across:</li><li>Instagram</li><li>TikTok</li><li>Meta (Facebook)</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>YouTube</li><li>Pinterest</li><li>Maintain and update:</li><li>Google My Business</li><li>Yelp</li></ul>Content Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars</li><li>Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging</li><li>Align content with promotions, events, and business goals</li><li>Stay on top of trends and adapt quickly</li></ul>On-Site Engagement<ul><li>Be physically present in clinic regularly to capture content</li><li>Proactively coordinate with providers and staff to film</li><li>Comfortably guide team members during filming</li></ul>Performance &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and conversions</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to create content that drives bookings and revenue</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in content creation or social media preferred</li><li>Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry</li><li>Comfortable filming, editing, and being around/occasionally on camera</li><li>Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Canva</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools to support content creation and efficiency</li><li>Deep familiarity with social media platforms and trends</li><li>Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling</li><li>Ability to research trends quickly and translate them into content</li></ul>Preferred <ul><li>Experience working in a medical spa, salon, or aesthetics setting</li><li>Knowledge of treatments like Botox, fillers, facials, laser, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Instagram and Meta algorithms and content optimization</li><li>Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, boosting, creative testing)</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and website management</li><li>Basic understanding of social media analytics or marketing</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please share a link to your portfolio/social media work</li></ul>Work Location: In person
