Position Overview

Aesthetic Lab is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on creating engaging, on-brand content that showcases our services, providers, and patient results while helping drive bookings and overall brand awareness.

This is an in-office role that requires hands-on content creation, collaboration with providers, and a strong understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content (in-clinic and lifestyle)
• Capture treatments, before/afters, educational content, testimonials, and team culture
• Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content
• Create branded graphics, flyers, and promotional materials

Platform Management

• Manage and post across:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Meta (Facebook)
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Pinterest
• Maintain and update:
• Google My Business
• Yelp

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
• Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging
• Align content with promotions, events, and business goals
• Stay on top of trends and adapt quickly

On-Site Engagement

• Be physically present in clinic regularly to capture content
• Proactively coordinate with providers and staff to film
• Comfortably guide team members during filming

Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with leadership to create content that drives bookings and revenue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation or social media preferred
• Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry
• Comfortable filming, editing, and being around/occasionally on camera
• Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Canva
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support content creation and efficiency
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to research trends quickly and translate them into content

Preferred

• Experience working in a medical spa, salon, or aesthetics setting
• Knowledge of treatments like Botox, fillers, facials, laser, etc.
• Understanding of Instagram and Meta algorithms and content optimization
• Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, boosting, creative testing)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management
• Basic understanding of social media analytics or marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
