This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents while helping clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized treatments and professional advice.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion treatments to address individual client needs.</li><li>Deliver body waxing, hair threading, eyelash lifts and tents, makeup application, and other beauty services with precision and care.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.</li><li>Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, tattooing, and esthetic laser advancements to provide innovative solutions.</li><li>Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with client needs and preferences.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for safety compliance.</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensing required.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems for managing client records efficiently.</li><li>Experience with specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, medical records documentation, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and other esthetic services confidently.</li><li>Understanding of color theory principles for makeup artistry and skin tone matching.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatment plans and product use.
