Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion treatments to address individual client needs.
• Deliver body waxing, hair threading, eyelash lifts and tents, makeup application, and other beauty services with precision and care.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, tattooing, and esthetic laser advancements to provide innovative solutions.
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with client needs and preferences.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for safety compliance.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensing required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for managing client records efficiently.
• Experience with specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, medical records documentation, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and other esthetic services confidently.
• Understanding of color theory principles for makeup artistry and skin tone matching.
