About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at The Body Bar Fitness & Spa as an Esthetician & Customer Service Specialist! In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments while ensuring our clients receive the highest level of customer service in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their unique needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage client appointments and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate clients on skincare products and services to enhance their experience.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Valid esthetician license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
- Basic sales skills and experience in retail preferred.
