<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.</li>
<li>Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their unique needs.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Manage client appointments and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Educate clients on skincare products and services to enhance their experience.</li>
<li>Assist in retail sales of skincare products to meet client needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Valid esthetician license in the state of Pennsylvania.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.</li>
<li>Basic sales skills and experience in retail preferred.</li>
