We value reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to improve.What You&rsquo;ll DoPerform routine lawn mowing with a strong attention to detail (striping, clean edges, trimming)Edge, trim, and blow off properties to maintain a professional finishMaintain landscape beds (weeding, light pruning, redefining edges, mulch installs)Assist with seasonal services such as spring/fall cleanupsOperate equipment such as commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgersFollow proper job procedures and maintain efficiency on job sitesWork as part of a small crew to complete jobs on scheduleWhat We&rsquo;re Looking ForExperience in mowing or landscaping preferred but not required (we will train the right person)Strong attention to detail &mdash; this is a big oneGood work ethic and reliability (showing up on time matters)Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsValid driver&rsquo;s license is a plusAbility to work well in a team and take directionSomeone who wants to grow with a company, not just a temporary jobWhat We OfferPaid trainingOpportunity for growth as the company expandsConsistent work during the seasonSmall team environment (no corporate feel)Performance-based pay increases over timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, SeasonalPay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
