Lawn & Landscape Technician

Job Overview

What You’ll Do

Perform routine lawn mowing with a strong attention to detail (striping, clean edges, trimming)

Edge, trim, and blow off properties to maintain a professional finish

Maintain landscape beds (weeding, light pruning, redefining edges, mulch installs)

Assist with seasonal services such as spring/fall cleanups

Operate equipment such as commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers

Follow proper job procedures and maintain efficiency on job sites

Work as part of a small crew to complete jobs on schedule

What We’re Looking For

Experience in mowing or landscaping preferred but not required (we will train the right person)

Strong attention to detail — this is a big one

Good work ethic and reliability (showing up on time matters)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license is a plus

Ability to work well in a team and take direction

Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just a temporary job
