 🛠 Tasks and Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
 
 
 &bull; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business drivers.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competition status.
 
 
 &bull; Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, managing key accounts.
 
 
 &bull; Provide weekly EOEs and monthly sales reports to the General Manager regarding sales performance, goals, and initiatives.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide sales targets.
 
 
 &bull; Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand business opportunities.
 
 
 &bull; Analyze sales team performance and schedule training or refresher sessions accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Record and track all sales activities in the company CRM system, ensuring regular updates.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with the logistics team to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with forwarders, shipping agents, and port agents for necessary documentation.
 
 
 &bull; Manage a network of vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
 
 
 &bull; Work alongside the team to develop strategies for increasing the customer base and expanding market reach.
 
 
 
 
 
 📌 Requirements:
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in sales within the heavy transportation or logistics industry.
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of land transportation, oversized cargo handling, and logistics operations.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
 
 
 &bull; Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
 
 
 &bull; Experience using CRM and logistics software is an advantage.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Arabic and English.
 
 
 &bull; A degree or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
