Dental Front Desk Receptionist Affinity Dental, a dynamic and bustling dental office, is seeking a hardworking and energetic dental receptionist to join our dental team in Chicago. We're looking for someone with at least one year of experience in the dental field. Your responsibilities will include:&middot; Greet and dismiss patients in a courteous manner&middot; Assist patients with scheduling dental appointments&middot; Collecting payments&middot; Assist billing department with setting up financial arrangements&middot; Verify insurance coverage, process insurance forms, collect and post payments, and enter into Dentrix database&middot; Conduct financial assessments for designated patients as described in the policy and procedure&middot; Answer multi-line phone system and direct phone calls to the correct staff members&middot; Confirm dental appointments by calling patients&middot; Manage correspondence via email, fax, and mailThis is an excellent opportunity with room for growth in a fast paced, growing dental office. We're looking for help, at minimum, every Monday 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM, Tuesday 9:30 AM-6:30 PM, Wednesday 7:30-5:30, Thursday 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM, and alternating Friday 7:30 AM- 2:30 PM or Saturday 7:30 AM-2:30 PM. Affinity Dental is in search of a hardworking dental assistant to join our team. We're looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience.Duties include:&middot; Assist general dentist as assigned&middot; Take x-rays&middot; Take alginate impressions or iTero scan&middot; Pour and trim models&middot; Keep treatment rooms organized and stocked with supplies&middot; Clean and set up treatment rooms&middot; Sterilization of equipment &amp; turning around operatories&middot; Maintain and clean equipment such as ultrasonic, autoclave, hand pieces, etc.&middot; Send out and verify return of lab cases&middot; Properly give oral health and hygiene instructions to patients&middot; Maintain outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and staff&middot; Experience with CEREC and/or iTERO requiredThis is an excellent opportunity with a benefits package and competitive pay.
