About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to support our estimation and procurement team. This role blends outbound sales-style calling with vendor relationship management. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining competitive vendor quotes that directly impact our project bids and overall profitability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to suppliers, subcontractors, and prospects to collect pricing and service information.</li><li>Develop and maintain a vendor database for estimation and procurement purposes.</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and competitive quotes.</li><li>Follow up on previous outreach and maintain consistent communication with key contacts.</li><li>Support proposal and bid submissions by providing accurate, up-to-date cost information.</li><li>Log all call activity and maintain detailed communication records in CRM or Excel.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor quotes with project requirements.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities through comparative analysis of vendor quotes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or vendor management.</li><li>Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Highly organized with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and incentives.</li><li>Public/National Holidays (as per location)</li><li>Leave for Eid occasions (location dependent)</li><li>20 Annual Paid Leaves (excluding weekends and gazetted holidays; subject to management approval)</li><li>3 Paid Paternal Leaves</li><li>3 Paid Bereavement Leaves (for immediate family members)</li><li>Leave Encashment (unused annual leaves are encashable per company policy)</li><li>Supportive and career-focused workplace culture.</li></ul>Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore (Onsite)Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM &ndash; 3:30 AM)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
