Business Development Manager – Medical Billing (Call Center)
Location: On-Site | Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore
Full-Time | Night Shift
Salary: Rs. 200,000 – Rs. 300,000/month

Note: Only candidates with Business Development experience in U.S. Medical Billing Call Centers will be considered.

About the Role

Interact Global is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager – Medical Billing to spearhead our growth in the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) space. If you're experienced in medical billing sales, know the ins and outs of U.S. RCM workflows, and thrive in high-impact, target-driven environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and connect with U.S.-based clinics, private practices, and healthcare facilities for end-to-end medical billing services.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Sales Strategy & Deal Execution

  • Develop sales strategies aligned with healthcare trends and client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and presentations tailored to prospects.
  • Lead sales demos, negotiations, and close contracts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to delivery.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to service delivery teams.
  • Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations and billing departments to ensure delivery feasibility.
  • Work with marketing on sales campaigns and materials.
  • Share market feedback to refine service offerings.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track sales progress in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Generate regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Ensure contracts and service agreements comply with U.S. regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in RCM, HIPAA, or medical billing are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years in business development or sales within a U.S. medical billing call center.
  • Proven knowledge of the RCM process, including eligibility, coding, claim submission, AR follow-up, and denial management.

Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Kareo, Athenahealth, or AdvancedMD.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ICD/CPT codes (preferred).
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Competitive Basic Salary 200K to 300K
