Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving sales and acquiring clients within a marketing or advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience selling agency services and managing client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for digital marketing, branding, creative, web development, and related agency services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and service offerings based on client requirements.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6–8+ years of Business Development experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience working in a Marketing Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, or Media Agency.
- Candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing clients for agency services.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, Web Development, and Creative Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred
- Experience dealing with international clients (UAE, GCC, UK, US, etc.).
- Existing network of business contacts and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
