Company: ModaNoir Location: Model City Royal Villas (Onsite Only) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: E-Commerce / Amazon FBAKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Sourcing<ul><li>Source and identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers through Alibaba, 1688, and other sourcing platforms.</li><li>Evaluate suppliers by conducting factory verification, requesting samples, and reviewing trade assurance.</li><li>Negotiate product pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), lead times, and payment terms.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate product sampling, quality inspections (QC), and production timelines.</li><li>Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.</li></ul>Inventory Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Develop inventory forecasting models based on sales trends, seasonality, and supplier lead times.</li><li>Calculate reorder points, safety stock levels, and replenishment schedules.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve demand planning and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Track inbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.</li></ul>Amazon FBA Inventory Management<ul><li>Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments from shipment creation through reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor Inventory Performance Index (IPI) and implement strategies to improve performance.</li><li>Manage stranded inventory, aged inventory, and removal orders.</li><li>Optimize storage utilization and minimize long-term storage fees (LTSF).</li><li>Coordinate inventory movement between third-party warehouses (3PL) and Amazon fulfillment centers.</li><li>Utilize Amazon Seller Central reports to maintain inventory accuracy and forecasting.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Alibaba sourcing and supplier management.</li><li>Proven experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment.</li><li>Strong experience working with Amazon Seller Central (FBA).</li><li>Excellent understanding of Amazon's Inventory Performance Index (IPI), restock limits, and storage fee management.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and inventory forecasting.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon compliance requirements and product listing standards.</li><li>Experience working with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.</li><li>Send your application via email with the subject line: &quot;Sourcing Expert Application &ndash; [Your Name]</li></ul>Work Location: In person
