Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)

AsappStudio is looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, engage with international clients, and help drive company growth. If you have basic knowledge of freelance platforms and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Experience Required: 1 month to 12 months (Fresh grads with relevant internship experience are also welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance/cold outreach channels.
• Bidding & Proposals: Assist in writing tailored, professional proposals and bidding on relevant projects.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with international clients to understand their project requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scopes and convey them accurately to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly records of leads, bids, and client interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 12 months of experience in IT business development, international sales, or digital agency bidding (Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn experience is a huge plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
