We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in B2B lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads campaign management, and sales pipeline management.

3. What You Will Own
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

  • 50+ qualified leads/month
  • 8–10 discovery calls/week
  • 30+ active prospects in pipeline
  • 2 outreach sequences running simultaneously
  • 2+ Google Ads campaigns (CPL & ROAS tracked)
  • 2–3 new project closures/month

4. Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

  • Lead gen via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo & Clay
  • Cold email campaigns with A/B tested sequences
  • Google Ads — Search, Display & Remarketing
  • Full sales pipeline management (CRM to closure)
  • Discovery calls, proposals & deal closure
  • Weekly BD reports to leadership

5. Requirements
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

  • 2.5–5 years B2B sales/tech sales experience.
  • Hands-on Google Ads campaign management.
  • Cold email & LinkedIn outreach expertise.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot / Apollo / Instantly).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with US / EU time shifts.

  • Outreach: Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Data & Enrichment: Clay, , Phantom Buster, Apollo
  • CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive
  • Communication: Slack, Google Meet, Zoom
  • Reporting: Google Sheets, Notion
  • Automation: n8n, Zapier (basic understanding preferred)
  • AI Tools: Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI-powered writing and research tools.
