Job Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
- Write customized, high-converting proposals.
- Communicate with prospective clients and manage follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Generate leads through Upwork and other business development channels.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and project pipelines.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
- Strong English communication and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to understand project requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
- Knowledge of web development, SEO, digital marketing, AI, or software services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
