Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals.
  • Communicate with prospective clients and manage follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Generate leads through Upwork and other business development channels.
  • Maintain records of leads, proposals, and project pipelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
  • Strong English communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Knowledge of web development, SEO, digital marketing, AI, or software services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
