Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various online channels.
- Generate and qualify leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other business networks.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and business development strategies.
- Support the company's branding and business growth initiatives through professional communication and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr is required.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and business development.
- Good understanding of email marketing and outreach techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
