Business Development Executive

Are you driven by building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to business success? WhiteBox is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through various online channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other business networks.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Support the company's branding and business growth initiatives through professional communication and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr is required.
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and business development.
  • Good understanding of email marketing and outreach techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
