WhiteBox is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and explore new business opportunities through various online channels.</li><li>Generate and qualify leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other business networks.</li><li>Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and business development strategies.</li><li>Support the company's branding and business growth initiatives through professional communication and engagement.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.</li><li>Hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr is required.</li><li>Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and business development.</li><li>Good understanding of email marketing and outreach techniques.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
