Upwork Bidder (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT services.
Proven experience bidding on software development, AI/ML, web development, mobile application development, and staff augmentation projects.
Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
Experience managing Upwork profiles, lead generation, and client communication.
Excellent written English and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids, follow-ups, and project opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements and project scope.
Communicate with prospective clients and respond to project inquiries.
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
Follow up with clients to maximize response and conversion rates.
Maintain the company's Upwork profile and bidding activities.
Track proposals, client interactions, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and technical solutions.
Stay updated on Upwork trends, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Working Hours:

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
