We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team.

Responsibilities

Search for relevant projects on Upwork

Submit customized proposals to potential clients

Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings

Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities

Help grow the firm's client base

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation

Strong communication and proposal-writing skills

Ability to identify relevant projects and submit winning proposals

Experience working with an accounting or bookkeeping firm will be considered a plus

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

Fixed Salary: PKR 20,000 per month

10% commission on sales generated through successful client acquisition
