Upwork Bidder – Onsite

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should understand how to identify relevant projects, write personalized proposals, communicate professionally with clients, and help generate quality leads through Upwork.

Working Hours

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Experience Required

At least 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or client acquisition.

Responsibilities

Search for relevant projects on Upwork based on our services.

Write customized, engaging, and high-converting proposals.

Identify client requirements and prepare proposals accordingly.

Communicate with potential clients professionally through Upwork messages.

Follow up with clients and maintain proper records of submitted proposals.

Track bidding activity, responses, interviews, and project conversions.

Coordinate with the sales and delivery team to understand services, portfolio, and project requirements.

Stay updated with Upwork policies, bidding trends, and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in Upwork lead generation.

Strong written English and communication skills.

Ability to write personalized proposals instead of generic copy-paste bids.

Good understanding of Upwork, job posting categories, connects, and proposal strategy.

Experience in finding suitable jobs for services such as video editing, social media management, design, development, or digital marketing is preferred.

Ability to work independently, meet daily targets, and maintain consistency.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
