• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
• Maintain bidding records and performance tracking
• Optimize profile and proposals for higher conversion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding or similar platforms
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to write persuasive proposals
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of freelancing strategies and client psychology
