Upwork Bidder:

Location: In-Person.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Timings: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 05:00 AM).

Salary: Based on interview and experience.
(Base salary + commissions & performance bonuses).

Are you someone who enjoys winning projects, communicating with international clients, and growing in the digital services industry? We’re looking for a Junior Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with some hands-on experience who’s eager to learn and grow with our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Optimize and manage the Upwork profile to improve visibility and conversions.
Search, analyze, and shortlist relevant job opportunities on Upwork.
Write customized proposals and submit bids with suitable portfolios.
Understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to the production team using project management tools.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients from project start to delivery.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
6 months to 1 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role.
Strong urge to learn and grow in business development and freelancing platforms.
Basic to fair understanding of Web Development and Photoshop/Illustrator-based tasks (enough to understand client needs).
Good written and verbal English communication, especially for US-based clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset.
