Upwork Bidder

Pro Digital Service is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with 2–3 years of proven experience generating leads and winning projects through Upwork. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of acquiring international clients and selling services such as website development, software development, graphic design, branding, SEO, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and secure new projects through effective bidding.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up on submitted proposals to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and technical responses.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, interviews, follow-ups, and awarded projects.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.
• Stay updated with Upwork trends, platform policies, and bidding strategies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and winning projects through Upwork.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Experience selling website development, software development, branding, graphic design, SEO, or digital marketing services.
• Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, profile optimization, and Connects management.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve monthly targets.

• Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (Onsite)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
