We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate relevant projects on Upwork that align with Digitalise's services

* Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements

* Generate leads and secure projects through strategic bidding

* Communicate professionally with potential clients through Upwork messages and interviews

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams when needed

* Manage Upwork profiles, portfolio presentations, and bidding activities

* Track proposal performance, response rates, interviews, and project wins

* Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

* Stay updated on Upwork best practices, bidding strategies, and market trends

* Consistently work towards monthly project acquisition targets

Requirements:

* Experience managing Upwork Connects and bidding strategies

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a digital marketing agency, software house, or technology company

* Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and other lead generation channels
