This paid position is perfect for someone eager to develop their administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service with polished phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently</li><li>Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support</li><li>Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable)</li><li>Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous</li><li>Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management</li><li>Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and scanners</li><li>Personal assistant experience or medical receptionist background is desirable but not required</li></ul>Join us as an Administrative Assistant and become an essential part of our team dedicated to creating an efficient, welcoming workspace.
