Job Summary: We are hiring a Fit-Out Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, monitor quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, and retail projects.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor site progress and ensure work meets quality standards.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.</li><li>Manage material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.</li><li>Support project planning, testing, commissioning, and final handover.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>UAE/GCC experience is preferred.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Fit Out Engineer

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and facility equipment. The successful candidate will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.</li><li>Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.</li><li>Maintain maintenance records and documentation.</li><li>Work with vendors and contractors as needed.</li><li>Support facility improvement projects.</li><li>Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or engineering maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS software is an advantage.</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
