Fit Out Engineer

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Fit-Out Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, monitor quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, and retail projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Manage material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Support project planning, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
