Job Summary

Renova 360 is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out and renovation projects across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office spaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project execution experience, and the ability to independently coordinate site activities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fit-out site activities and ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and authorities.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project handovers.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Monitor project costs and assist with variation orders where required.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and authority requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of total experience in Fit-Out, Interior Fit-Out, Renovation, or Construction Projects.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE Fit-Out project experience.
• Strong experience in commercial offices, retail outlets, restaurants, hospitality, residential, and interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to independently manage site execution and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Engineer or eligibility for DM approval is highly preferred.
• Experience handling authority approvals and inspections.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
