Site Engineer in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects to manage site execution, coordination, and project delivery for commercial, retail, office, and residential interiors.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior finishing works, authority approvals, site supervision, and project coordination within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works including gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, tiling, and painting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project managers
• Ensure execution according to approved shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and project schedules
• Handle inspections, snagging, and project handover
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and safety regulations
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Coordinate MEP and civil activities for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and finishing works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and construction standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
• Dubai Municipality Engineer Card is an advantage
