Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out projects from planning through completion, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out works at project sites.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure project requirements are met.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project quality, material usage, and work productivity.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for billing purposes.
• Attend project meetings and maintain proper project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
