Civil Engineer ( Building/villa construction)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5– 6 years of UAE experience in the construction industry, specializing in building and villa projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• 5–10 years of proven UAE experience in construction, building, and villa projects.
• Equivalence certificate/SOE will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• building construction: 6 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Equivalence certificate, Society of Engineer (Preferred)
