Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely and on schedule. This role is ideal for a Site Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out, landscaping, and swimming pool construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, labor, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare material requests and coordinate procurement activities.
• Track material deliveries and manage site .
• Conduct inspections and ensure timely closure of snags and defects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid G+1 Building Contracting License/Certification in the UAE (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out, Landscape, and Swimming Pool Construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and Dubai regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience in material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
