Site Engineer - DM - Fitout

Job Summary

We are looking for a DM Approved Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to oversee and manage site execution for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify work completed before invoicing.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities.
• Ensure timely completion of snagging and project handover.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Engineer – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction practices and site execution.
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
