SITE ENGINEER- Interior / Fitout

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out and joinery works.

* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

* Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications before execution.

* Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.

* Prepare daily site reports and update project progress regularly.

* Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization at site.

* Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions when required.

* Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadline.

* Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

* 3–4 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-out & Joinery projects.

* Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishing works.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
